What is really sad is that we have lived less then 3 hrs away from each other for at least 6-7 years, and the last time I saw Susie was my baby shower in May 2006. So, this was the first time Rose got to meet Susie, and Susie meet Rose.
We went to the mall and Susie and Rose rode on the carousel. They had a good time. After a long day of shopping, we headed back to Susie's place, where Rose got to color on the windows (with washable markers, of course) and play with Bret's dinosaurs. (Bret is Susie's 4 yr old son). It was a great time and we look forward to another visit with Susie...hopefully sooner than 2 years.
