Heading out of Fargo, ND at about 9:00 am, its sunny and COLD +4F. We are hoping to find some coffee - Starbucks here we come, since it's everywhere, I know we will find one. Andy is out pumping gas, we sure do miss not having to pump our gas. Oh the little things one misses.
Ahh, Starbucks found an on the road we are. Rosie is watching The Incredibles right now...she does like Mr. Incredible. It will be nice to get to the new house so Rose can do other activities besides watch movies.
How to describe the scenery that we see, one word - FLAT.
Yeah, we get to get out of the car for a real sit down lunch - beats fast food. We stopped in St. Cloud, MN, for lunch; it was good but took longer than we expected. Oh well, I don't have anything else planned for the day.
We finally here, at our new house in Schofield, WI, at 5:00 pm. Andy unpacked the car, and our exciting evening out what going to the grocery store, stopped and got pizza and came back to the house to sit on the counters to eat pizza. The moving van gets here on Wed., so we have a few nights of "camping" in the new house. Thankfully we at least have an air bed, so we're not sleeping on the floor.
Tomorrow we have an exciting day planned of doing laundry (gotta go to the laundry mat), grocery shopping, and purchasing some stools for our breakfast bar...it will give us a couple pieces of furniture till our stuff gets here.
Thanks all for your prayers as we were on the road. We arrived here save and sound.
Welcome to our new house

Hi Renee,
I'm thankful God provided safe travels for you all to your new home in Wisconsin. My, what a change from Portland! Ron and I can sympathize with you guys driving over the continuous FLAT land of the northern plains. We felt the same way when we moved to ND. We kept asking ourselves, "Where are the trees?!" We were so spoiled living in the lush Pacific Northwest. But we soon came to see the beauty of the land and how God was using its production to feed our country and the rest of the world.
I hope you are getting settled and enjoying the area. I can't wait to see pictures of your new home.
I love and miss you, sister!
By His grace,
Erinn
